Francois Harvey

Francois Harvey has extensive experience in operational performance management within the mining industry, currently holding a position at Thungela since June 2021. Prior to this, Francois served in similar roles at Anglo American Thermal Coal from April 2019 to May 2021, and at Anglo American from May 2017 to April 2019, where key achievements included leading the design and implementation of the Balanced Scorecard across the organization. Additionally, experience was gained in finance and performance management at Anglo Platinum from February 2016 to May 2017, focusing on capital management. Francois holds multiple academic qualifications, including a Magister of Commerce in Finance from the University of the Free State and is currently pursuing CIMA certification.
