Janine Hohengasser

Janine Hohengasser currently serves as the Leiterin HR-Services & Projekte and Stv. Leiterin HR at Thurgauer Kantonalbank, overseeing all HR service-related topics with a focus on the digitalization of HR processes since June 2023. Previously, Janine Hohengasser held the position of Department Manager Recruiting & Employer Branding at Lidl Schweiz, where responsibilities included strategic oversight of the recruitment process and employer branding for approximately 4,500 employees. Janine Hohengasser has also worked as an HR Business Partner at Raiffeisen Schweiz, providing guidance on various HR matters, and led the establishment of branch offices at Consult & Pepper AG. With a strong educational background in Human Resources Management, including advanced diplomas from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, Janine Hohengasser combines extensive HR experience with a commitment to process improvement and organizational development.
