Joshua O'Bryant

Joshua O'Bryant, BA, CCSP, currently serves as a Talent Development Coach at the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, focusing on empowering organizations to enhance employee potential and success. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as a Career Coach at the University of the District of Columbia, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes and developing innovative sourcing strategies within the Division of Student Success. Earlier experience includes a position as a Recruiter at Apex Systems, where Joshua coached the accounts management team on problem-solving techniques for talent identification. Joshua earned a Bachelor's of Arts in Sociology from Norfolk State University in May 2021.
