Victor Santos

Victor Santos, MPA, serves as the Associate Vice President of Government Relations at the Thurgood Marshall College Fund since January 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a Board Member for the Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay Council, Inc. from September 2012 to February 2018 and Director of Government and Community Relations at Delaware State University from April 2009 to January 2018. Earlier roles include serving as a Staff Assistant for US Senator Thomas Carper and a Legislative Fellow for the Delaware General Assembly. Victor Santos also worked as a Research Assistant at the Institute for Public Administration, focusing on the Kids Caucus and Child Poverty Task Force. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration with a focus on State and Local Management from the University of Delaware, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the same institution.
