Derek Vetter

Derek Vetter is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in the aerospace and distribution industries. Currently serving as the DC Engineering Manager at The Home Depot, Derek leads a team of engineers focused on supply chain standard operating procedures. Prior to this role, Derek demonstrated leadership and innovation at Helitrak, where as a Mechanical Engineering Manager, significant achievements included certifying the first product in company history and streamlining operations. Derek's background also includes experience at Digital Control Incorporated and Boeing, where contributions involved structural analysis, patent development, and process improvements. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and an Associate of Arts in Pre-Engineering from Grays Harbor College.
