Steffen Boode

Steffen Boode has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Steffen is currently the Cofounder and Chief Commercial Officer at THX Network, a blockchain and technology company. Steffen founded New State Ventures, focusing on intellectual capital, mergers and acquisitions, and investments. Prior to this, they worked at Alvarez & Marsal as a Senior Director in the private equity sector, specializing in M&A. Steffen was a Partner at i5invest, a venture capital firm, where they supported tech companies in their growth and corporate development. Steffen also served as an External Advisor at Red Bull, advising on sports and athlete marketing strategies. Steffen gained valuable experience at KPMG US as a Director in M&A transaction services and at KPMG in Amsterdam as a Manager. Steffen began their career as an Advisor at Andersson Elffers Felix, a strategy and organizational consultancy firm. Steffen has demonstrated a strong background in strategic planning, business development, and investment management throughout their career.

Steffen Boode is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in London, UK.
