Becca Goland-van Ryn

Becca Goland-Van Ryn is a seasoned professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Director of People at Thyme Care since January 2024. Previously, Becca held various leadership roles at Maven Clinic, including Senior Director and Interim Head of People. At Policygenius Inc., Becca was the Senior Manager of People Operations and People Partners. As Managing Director for North America at Spektrix, Becca launched the North American division, significantly expanding the team and enhancing operational metrics. Additional experience includes roles at Capacity Interactive, Manhattan Theatre Club, Serino Coyne, Inc., New York City Center, and The Pearl Theatre Company. Becca earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Theatre Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
