Jessa Kelley

Jessa Kelley is a healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles focused on strategy, innovation, and value-based operations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Thyme Care since June 2025, Jessa previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Main Street Health where responsibilities included driving operational success across rural America. At HCA Healthcare, from June 2014 to February 2024, Jessa worked as Vice President of Strategy & Innovation and Assistant Vice President of Strategy, advising senior executives and leading the development of transformative digital strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Consultant at Cumberland Consulting Group, providing enterprise system evaluations and client engagement leadership. Jessa Kelley is pursuing a Doctor of Public Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, holds an MBA from Duke University, and earned a BS in Business Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
