Julia L. Hall, M.S.I.S. has a diverse work experience. Julia L. began their career in 2011 as a Reimbursement Specialist 1 at Lexington Cardiology at Central Baptist, and also worked as an IT at Commonwealth Physicians Billing LLC. In 2013, they joined Galmont Consulting as a Jr Automation Test Engineer, and then moved to SQS as a General Automation Test Engineer in the same year. In 2016, they joined OpenText as a Software Developer II, and most recently in 2021, they became a Software Developer at Thynk Health.

Julia L. Hall, M.S.I.S. completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming from Strayer University- Kentucky in 2012. Julia L. then went on to pursue their Masters in Software Engineering Management from the same university, which they completed in 2015. In 2016, they received certifications in Oracle 11g, XML, ASP.NET, C# Programming, HTML 4.0, HTML 5, Java SE 6, Javascript, PHP, Ruby on Rails, SQL, and Visual C++ Programming from the National Computer Science Academy. In 2015, they also obtained their MSIS certification from the Association for Information Systems.
