Marius Paros

Marius Paros has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and production management, currently serving as the Production Line Manager at thyssenkrupp Bilstein Sibiu since May 1998. Responsibilities include planning and supervising assembly operations, ensuring efficient production flow, and fostering continuous improvement processes. Marius also trains on the Bilstein Production System (BIPS), focusing on waste reduction and efficiency enhancement. Previous roles at thyssenkrupp include Continuous Improvement Trainer, Shift Leader, Team Leader, and Operator Locksmith. Earlier career experience includes military service with the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Romania and providing security services at S.C. Detectivul Sibian S.A. Marius holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Business Management and a Licentiate degree in Engineering and Management from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu.
