Iris Nolting

Iris Nolting is currently involved in Internal Communications and Change at thyssenkrupp nucera since September 2023. Previously, Nolting spent over 17 years at LANXESS, focusing on Change Management and People Activation & Enablement, with a strong emphasis on steering group-wide digital transformation initiatives. Key contributions included developing internal engagement strategies, managing communication measures for significant change processes, leading the global intranet, and overseeing employee events with board engagement. Prior freelance experience as a PR Consultant and Online-Editor occurred after roles in online editing and project management at Kaufhof Innovation and Media GmbH. Iris Nolting holds a Diplom in Medienplanung, -entwicklung und -beratung from Universität Siegen and has also studied at Universidad de Granada.
