Julian Franke has a diverse work experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Julian is currently working as the Head of Recruiting Services Germany at thyssenkrupp, where they are responsible for implementing and managing recruiting services across Germany. Prior to this, they worked at Rheinmetall as the Team Lead Talent Acquisition, where they led and developed the recruiting team, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and operational processes. Julian also worked as the Deputy Team Lead / Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Rheinmetall, where they were responsible for proactive recruiting and talent pool creation. Julian Franke has also worked at Brunel as a Personalreferent Recruiting & Talent Acquisition, at ms personal & service gmbh as a Recruiter, at Airbus Group as a Graduand / Diplomand and as an Assistant to the Head of Department at the Vocational Training Centre, and at Bundeswehr as part of their Military Service.

Julian Franke obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Betriebswirtschaft from HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences in the years 2006 to 2010. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Wirtschafts- und Rechtswissenschaften from Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg from 2010 to 2012. In January 2020, Julian also obtained a Basiszertifikat im Projektmanagement (GPM®) from IPMA: International Project Management Association.
