Brian A. Rider

Brian A. Rider, PHR has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Brian A. is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Verdantas since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Michael Baker International as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Immigration from May 2017 to November 2023. In this role, Brian was responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives. Before that, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at GNC from July 2013 to May 2017 and as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at PPG Industries from September 2011 to July 2013. Brian also has experience in global talent acquisition, having worked as the Supervisor of Recruitment, Global Talent Acquisition at Kennametal from April 2008 to September 2011. Prior to their career in talent acquisition, Brian served as the AVP, Manager of University Relations at PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. from August 2000 to April 2008 and as the Manager of University Relations at PNC Financial Services from 2000 to 2008. Brian A. began their career at Adelphoi Village, Inc. as a Supervisor from June 1993 to August 2000.

Brian A. Rider, PHR completed their education with a BS in Administration of Justice from Penn State University in 1993. Brian A. later pursued a Masters degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University, graduating in 2011. In 2020, Brian was also a participant in the Leadership Pittsburgh XXXVI program.
