Luca Nick currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO of TK Elevator and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. With a background in business transformation, Luca has held key roles in both the Global Business Transformation & Strategy Department of TK Elevator and thyssenkrupp Elevator, contributing significantly to major transformation projects and strategic initiatives. In previous positions, Luca has developed and implemented performance improvement tools, managed international projects, and played essential roles in manufacturing transformation in North America. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting & Financial Management from Rotterdam School of Management and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and International Business from reputable institutions.
