Rachel Morris

Rachel Morris is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment and litigation. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at thyssenkrupp since July 2022, Rachel previously held positions as an Attorney at Sessions, Israel & Shartle from October 2018 to July 2022, and as an Associate at Ogletree Deakins from May 2017 to October 2018. Prior experience includes serving as an Attorney at Sessions, Fishman, Nathan & Israel, LLC from September 2011 to May 2017, and undertaking judicial internships at the Second District Court of Appeal under Judge LaRose and the United States District Court Middle District of Florida under Judge Whittemore. Rachel began legal training as a Legal Intern at the United States Attorney's Office. Academically, Rachel earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree, summa cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
