Rodrigo Silva has a diverse work experience in the industrial engineering and maintenance field. Rodrigo currently holds the position of Head of Industrial Engineering at thyssenkrupp since 2017. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2017, they worked as a Maintenance and Industrial Engineering Manager in transition at LHH + DBM. Rodrigo spent a significant portion of their career at ThyssenKrupp Metalúrgica Santa Luzia, where they held various roles from 1996 to 2016. These roles included Manager of Maintenance and Industrial Engineering, Coordinator of Industrial Engineering and Maintenance, Supervisor of Electromechanical Maintenance, Electrical Engineer, and Technical Maintenance Analyst. Throughout their career, Rodrigo has demonstrated expertise in strategic project management, team leadership, process improvement, and cost optimization.
Rodrigo Silva completed their undergraduate education in Electrical Engineering at PUC Minas from 1995 to 2001. Rodrigo later pursued a postgraduate degree in Project Management at IETEC - Instituto de Educação Tecnológica from 2007 to 2008. In 2009 to 2011, they earned an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
