Lauren Kleinbaum

Lauren Kleinbaum serves as the Senior Director of Talent Management at Tia since November 2021, leading a team of HR professionals to implement growth initiatives, develop talent strategies, and enhance employee engagement. Prior roles include Director of HRBP at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where Lauren collaborated with senior leadership to align people initiatives with business objectives, and Director of Associate & Labor Relations at Macy's, overseeing employee relations and engagement across multiple locations. Lauren began their career as a Human Resources Recruiter and has accumulated extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, supporting various organizations in achieving their human resources goals. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Ithaca College.
