Ginger Nichols

Ginger Nichols, CPTD, serves as a Senior Instructional Designer at TIAA since September 2022, designing eLearning courses and updating compliance training. Ginger is also the founder of Ginger Nichols Design Group, LLC, focusing on custom eLearning solutions. Previous experience includes roles at Apex Systems, Modis, INVIDI Technologies, and more, delivering training and eLearning development for diverse clients. Ginger has held multiple leadership positions with the ATD Rocky Mountain Chapter, including President, and serves as a board member for the Lackawanna Trail Education Foundation. Ginger holds an MA in Information and Learning Technologies from the University of Colorado Denver and a BS in Athletic Training from Ithaca College.
