Kerri Ross

Kerri Ross is a seasoned professional in compensation management with extensive experience across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as Sr Director, Compensation at TIAA since September 2023, Kerri previously held various roles at Fifth Third Bank from November 2018 to September 2023, including VP, Senior Compensation Manager and AVP, Compensation Manager. Prior to that, Kerri worked at Bank of America from August 2006 to October 2018, where roles included SVP, Compensation Consultant and VP, Staffing Manager. Kerri holds a B.A. in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Lee University.
