Kingshuk Das

Kingshuk Das currently serves as Managing Director - Head of Design Strategy at TIAA since September 2023. Prior to this, Kingshuk founded and led Rhizome Labs, providing strategic design and innovation consulting from June 2018 to September 2023. Kingshuk held significant roles in leading experience design and innovation at Bakkt and product innovation at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Previous experience also includes directing healthcare practice and strategy at Jump Associates, as well as serving as VP of New Market Strategy at IDEO. Earlier career highlights include building Steelcase Healthcare and conducting research and consulting in healthcare systems. Kingshuk holds a Master's degree in Design with a focus on Strategic Design Planning from the Illinois Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Architecture from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and completed secondary education at St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
