Kshitij Deshmukh

Kshitij Deshmukh is a Senior Associate and Lead Data Scientist at TIAA, where responsibilities include architecting and delivering the Regulatory Change Management AI project utilizing Generative AI, Machine Learning, AWS 2.0, and Domino Lab since December 2020. Prior to TIAA, Kshitij served as Senior Software Engineer and Development Team Lead at Persistent Systems, focusing on ML and NLP, and spearheaded the architecture and development of an enterprise chatbot designed for various functions, benefiting 10,000 global users. Kshitij's early career includes a role as Lead Project Engineer, overseeing Kafka implementation and developing mobile apps and backend APIs, and as a Systems Engineer at Infosys, contributing to full stack development and XML file conversion projects.
