Lacheon Shackelford

Lacheon Shackelford possesses extensive experience in client services and business banking, currently serving as the Sr. Director and Head of Client Services at TIAA since July 2007. Prior roles at TIAA included Director and various managerial positions in Advisor Services. Earlier experience includes serving as a Business Banker at Citi and Bank of America. Lacheon earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and furthered education at the University of Phoenix.
