Natasha Radden

Natasha Radden has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, most recently serving as SVP, Chief Talent, Learning & Culture Officer at TIAA from March 2020 to May 2023. In this role, Radden led initiatives in executive succession, talent management, recruiting, and culture transformation, while also optimizing hybrid work practices. Prior to this position, Radden held the title of SVP, Head of Associate Experience & Solutions, where the focus was on enhancing employee engagement and implementing a hybrid workforce model. Radden also served as SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer for TIAA Financial Services, overseeing all HR strategies tailored for various business sectors. Earlier in Radden's career, from January 1998 to January 2007, Radden was a Director of Human Resources at Charles Schwab, managing enterprise HR functions for U.S. branch locations. Radden holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA with concentrations in Strategic Planning and Industrial Organizational Psychology from Auburn University.
