Robert Weinman

Robert Weinman is an experienced benefits professional with over three decades in the field. Currently serving as Vice President of Benefits at TIAA since April 2013, Robert oversees global employee benefits planning, design, administration, and communication. Previously, Robert held similar roles at Chubb and Weill Cornell Medical College, where responsibilities included managing employee benefits programs and compensation plans. Robert's extensive background also includes tenure at Prudential Financial, Avon, and D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, contributing to corporate employee benefits finance and administration. Robert holds an MBA in Finance from Pace University and a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University.
