Sakthivel Venkatraman

Sakthivel Venkatraman currently serves as the Senior Director for Strategy and Transformation at TIAA since June 2023. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Sakthivel has been with Cobra Legal Solutions since February 2007, holding positions such as EVP - Global Strategic Alliances and Managing Director and Global Vice President / Co-founder. Prior to this, Sakthivel was the Head of Operations for Legal, Paralegal, and Transaction Processing at OfficeTiger, an RR Donnelley company, from July 2002 to February 2007. Earlier career roles include Key Account Manager at NIIT and Relationship Executive at TCS. Sakthivel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Madras, an MBA in Marketing and Systems from Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Vishwa Mahavidyalaya, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Dr. Ambedkar Law University School Of Excellence In Law.
