Ryan McDermott

Ryan McDermott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and management. Currently serving as the Truss Plant Manager at Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC since March 2022, Ryan has effectively utilized skills gained in previous positions, including Deputy Sheriff at Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office from February 2018 to March 2022 and Probation Officer with the Florida Department of Corrections from January 2016 to February 2018. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University, obtained in October 2023, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Florida Atlantic University.
