Yi Lu

Yi Lu has a diverse work experience in the fields of business intelligence, data analytics, fund management, research, and real estate analysis. They are currently working as the Director of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics at Tiber Capital Group, where they oversee the aggregation of single-family rental homes. Prior to this, they worked at Shanghai Greencourt Group (US) as a Fund Manager and Senior Associate. They also have experience as a Research Assistant at The George Washington University and as a Senior Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield.

Yi Lu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Tongji University in 2009. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Yi Lu pursued a Master's degree in Tourism Administration at The George Washington University. In 2013, Yi Lu further pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at The George Washington University. Recently, in 2022 and 2023, Yi Lu completed the Applied Data Science Program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, Yi Lu has obtained certifications such as ARGUS Enterprise Certification, ARGUS Developer Certification, and ARGUS Software Certified (ASC) Valuation DCF.
