Julie Russell

Julie Russell currently serves as Project Lead at Tiber Creek Consulting, Inc., overseeing multiple software development projects, including requirements acquisition, UI design and development, and data model creation, while managing a diverse team of professionals. Previously, Julie held roles as a Researcher, Project Manager, and Assistant Editor at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where responsibilities included managing publication workflows and quality assurance processes. Julie also worked as a Functional Developer, designing and organizing data for proprietary software tools to fulfill customer needs. Julie Russell earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Weber State University.
