Mary Wilson is the president and founder of Tibersoft. Mary has over 25 years of experience in consulting, organizational development, and human resources. Prior to starting Tibersoft, they were a senior consultant at Oranizational Dynamics where they consulted with Fortune 500 companies on the successful implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) strategies, Leadership, Management, and Alignment Measurement. Mary is a highly respected thought leader in the industry and is passionate about helping organizations achieve their potential.

Mary Wilson has a BSBA from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an MBA from Rivier University. Mary has also attended Babson College.
