Didem Aydin has extensive work experience in marketing and management roles. Didem is currently the Marketing Director at Tibet - Sultanlar Holding, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at UNO - UNMAŞ Aş for 14 years, starting as a Marketing Manager in 2007 and eventually becoming the Marketing Director in 2012. In this role, they were responsible for leading the entire marketing department, including brand management, design, trade marketing, digital marketing, market research, media, public relations, corporate communication, and CRM functions. Didem also managed the marketing and strategy for both retail and B2B business lines.
Before their time at UNO - UNMAŞ Aş, Didem worked at OPET as a Marketing Sales Support Manager from 1998 to 2005. Didem began their career at KFC Food in 1995, where they served as a Production Manager and later became the Quality System Management Representative. Didem'sresponsibilities in this role included managing the production and technical department, production and shipment planning, purchasing raw materials, and leading factory and system audits.
Didem Aydin attended Ege University from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Engineering. Afterwards, they pursued Executive Business Administration studies at Dokuz Eylul University from 2000 to 2001.
