Jerry Wojtowicz

Jerry Wojtowicz has over 20 years of experience developing complex hardware solutions for Telecom applications. Mr. Wojtowicz helped to start Teknovus, Inc in 2002 forming its hardware engineering department and managing it for 8 subsequent years. Teknovus, Inc was acquired by Broadcom Corporation in March 2010. At Broadcom Mr. Wojtowicz was a Technical Director in charge of all EPON related hardware development and chips characterization before leaving to become a Co-founder of Tibit Communications.

Prior to Teknovus, Mr. Wojtowicz held various senior engineering positions at Terawave Communications, Skystream Networks, Lockheed Martin and Nortel. Areas of expertise include optical subcomponents for PON transceivers design, and very high speed design techniques.

Mr. Wojtowicz holds multiple patents related to PON technologies. He has a B.S. degree from University of Manitoba, Canada.
