Daryl Long has been working in the creative industry since 1992. Daryl began their career as a WiggleWorks Book Builder at Scholastic Inc. In 2003, they took on the role of Asst. Director, Marketing at Jazz at Lincoln Center. In 2010, they were appointed Director, Design & Usability, Global eCommerce at Office Depot. In 2013, they joined West Marine as Director of OmniChannel Creative Strategy & Content, where they led the re-positioning and re-branding of the company. Daryl also initiated and led the consolidation of creative organizations into one Omni-Channel Creative Strategy and Brand Team. Additionally, they led the UX teams in the re-platform and re-design of WestMarine.com and PortSupply.com. In 2017, they moved to PeakActivity as Creative & UX Consultant and Vice President Creative Strategy. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Head of Creative at Tibles.
Daryl Long attended Boston University, where they studied Political Science.
