Kathryn Horner

Kathryn Horner serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Tiburcio Vásquez Health Center, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this role, Kathryn held the position of Vice President of Ambulatory Care Services at Alameda Health System from August 2017 to June 2022 and was the Primary Care Director of Operations at the San Francisco Department of Public Health from May 2015 to August 2017.
