Duncan Campbell

Duncan Campbell has a diverse work history, starting with their current position as Head of Supplier Delivery and Governance at Ticker since October 2023. Prior to that, they were a Programme Director at Ticker from October 2020 to October 2023.

Before joining Ticker, Duncan worked at Gatwick Airport as a Portfolio Manager from September 2019 to September 2020. Duncan also had a Summer Break in 2019.

In 2014, Duncan joined ingenie as a Programme Manager and later became the Senior Project Manager. Duncan was responsible for leading various programmes, including the launch of a smartphone-based telematic app in the Netherlands, migration of sales and customer services, and technical re-factoring of the core technology platform. Duncan also achieved ISO7001 certification and led the international launch of the ingenie product in Canada.

From 2013 to 2014, Duncan worked at RSA as a Programme Manager, focusing on the implementation of telematics products and relaunch program for the John Lewis Home insurance product.

Before that, they served as a Programme Manager at Travelers from April 2012 to March 2013 and as a PMO Manager at RSA from October 2010 to April 2012.

Duncan also worked as a PMO Lead at Lloyds Banking Group for a brief period in 2010.

Duncan has experience in change governance and portfolio management from their time at The Pearl Group from November 2009 to March 2010, and as a Programme Manager at Allianz UK from January 2009 to October 2009.

Duncan Campbell attended Harrow School from 1977 to 1982. Duncan then pursued a BSc Hons 2:1 degree in Production Engineering from Kingston University, completing their studies in 1987.
