Heiko Glessmann

Heiko Glessmann is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and enhancing software solutions across various companies. Currently a Senior Software Engineer at Ticketmaster since January 2019, Glessmann previously held similar positions at NBCUniversal, Wurrly, Live Nation, and ROG, Inc., showcasing expertise in REST and SOAP APIs, backend systems, and online applications. Glessmann began a career in software engineering with positions at Fidelity Investment and John Hancock, focusing on software testing, remediation, and design. Educationally, Glessmann holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a Bachelor’s degree from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
