Gordon Gyngell is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in customer support and service management. Currently serving as the Director of the IT Help Desk at TicketNetwork since August 2016, Gordon has previously held several key positions including IT Help Desk Manager and IT Service Manager at Moebius Technology from March 2014 to June 2016. Prior experience includes significant roles at Mohegan Sun, where responsibilities encompassed managing I.T. customer services from July 2000 to February 2014, and earlier positions at IBM and Commercial Scale. Gordon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Computer Information Systems from Post University, earned between 2012 and 2015, and attended Porter and Chester Institute from 1994 to 1995.
