Monica Willding

Monica Willding is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience at TicketNetwork, where Monica currently serves as VP of QA/QC and Automation, previously holding the position of Director of Quality Assurance. In these roles, Monica has focused on managing Quality Teams and ensuring customer trust through high-quality deliverables. A certified Scrum Master, Monica has also worked as a Project Manager for software and web development in the ticketing and entertainment industry, and began their career providing technical support for SQL-based Point-Of-Sale systems. Prior experience includes a position as a CAD Engineer at Pegasus Manufacturing, Inc., and as a Senior Project Engineer at Xerox Corporation, where Monica contributed to significant software porting projects. Monica holds a BA in Math with a focus on Computer Science from the University of Rochester.
