Yuri Koester

Yuri Koester has extensive experience in systems integration and client service within the ticketing industry, having worked at Tickets.com since April 2006 in various roles including Systems Integration Analyst and Senior Client Service Representative. Notably, Yuri served as Ticket Manager for the OMEGA Hospitality Program during the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics, overseeing ticket inventory for Whistler events. Prior work experience includes a position as Computer Operator at Preferred Mutual Insurance Company and a summer internship at Espey Mfg & Electronics Corp., where responsibilities included CAD and design work. Yuri holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, completed in 2005.
