Phil Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Phil started their career at Telefónica as an Advisor from April 2012 to April 2014. Following this, they worked at Vodafone as a Business Specialist from April 2014 to September 2014.

In 2014, Phil joined Skillsearch Limited as a Recruitment Consultant, where they stayed until 2015. Phil then moved on to Sanctuary Recruitment, where they worked as a Candidate Manager from October 2015 to January 2016.

After a year of traveling, Phil began their career in the recruitment industry at Hays in February 2017. Phil started as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Digital & Software Engineering until January 2019. Phil Williams completed an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology from Zenos IT Academy, where they studied from 2010 to 2011. In 2021, they enrolled at the Australian Institute of Management to pursue a Certificate IV in Human Resources Management, which is still ongoing.

Lastly, in July 2021, they completed an Introduction to HR Law course from the Australian HR Institute, followed by the Mental Health First Aider program from Mental Health First Aid Australia in March 2021.
