Lori Nichols has over 20 years of Human Resources, Leadership and Management experience with diverse groups and cultures.

Lori is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company. She is a leader of strategy and people functions and has a demonstrated proficiency for collaborating with people at all levels. She is skilled in leadership coaching and development, performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy administration

Lori is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and its Mohawk Valley New York chapter, is a graduate of Leadership Mohawk Valley, and holds training certificates from the Disney Institute in the areas of Selection, Training and Engagement; Approach to Business Excellence and Customer Service.
