Matthew Watson

Matthew Watson, CPM, SSBB, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Major Projects at Tidal Basin Group and has held the position of Clay Hunt Fellow at Team Rubicon since June 2018. Watson's extensive career includes roles such as Director of Process Controls for Disaster Recovery at SafeworkCM, Sr. Program Manager in various capacities at Amazon, and Senior Director of Operations at Managed Health Services - Centene Corporation. Watson has been involved in significant projects, including disaster recovery efforts in New York and Puerto Rico, and has demonstrated expertise in project management, operational transformation, and data management. Educational credentials include a Six Sigma Black Belt and multiple degrees in Project Management and Philosophy from Xavier University and Eastern Kentucky University.
