Ricki Schneider

Ricki Schneider has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career at Costco Wholesale as a Cashier, where they gained customer service and retail experience. After working at various positions within the company, Ricki transitioned to roles in property preservation and construction at Black Diamond Builders.

In 2016, Ricki joined Washington State University as a Research Technician Assistant, focusing on fighting and treating Grey Mold on a large scale for farmers. They gained experience in field sampling, media preparations, sample dissections, and maintaining sterile environments.

Ricki then worked as a Hydrocarbon Extraction Specialist at Amber Brick, operating closed loop hydrocarbon extraction systems and performing quality control tasks. They also toured producer facilities to assess the health of gardens.

Following that, Ricki joined VRM BioLogik Group as a Field Technician, where they provided support in field operations. They then worked at First Priority Manufacturing as a Laboratory Technician, conducting testing on raw materials and finished products, creating specification sheets, and participating in environmental testing.

Ricki's next role was at RaaStr, where they served as a Sales Development Representative and later as an Account Development Representative. They focused on generating sales leads and building customer relationships.

In 2020, Ricki joined Tidal Vision as a Business Development and Research professional, specializing in agricultural applications for chitosan solutions. They then moved to Tidal Grow AgriScience in 2021, where they continue to work in Business Development and Research, focusing on plant protection and nutrition.

Throughout their career, Ricki has acquired a range of skills and experience in sales, research, laboratory testing, customer service, and various technical tasks across multiple industries.

Ricki Schneider earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry with a Minor in German Language from Western Washington University. This educational achievement was accomplished between the years 2010 and 2015.
