Emmanuel Jefferson, MAT, LSSW, LCSW, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in various clinical roles. Currently serving as the Clinical Manager for Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs) at TidalHealth since January 2022, Emmanuel prioritizes operational goals and personnel management across both adult and child/adolescent units. Previous roles include Clinical Supervisor at TidalHealth, Clinical Coordinator at Children's Home Association of Illinois, and School-Based Therapist, where Emmanuel provided direct clinical services and collaborated with various stakeholders to enhance youth and family support. Emmanuel's foundational roles include teaching special education and serving as a Multicultural Attache, complemented by a solid academic background in social work and special education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and James Madison University.
