Denitsa Trendafilova

Denitsa Trendafilova has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Denitsa currently holds the position of Enterprise Risk Manager at Tide, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Paysafe Group, where they held multiple roles. Denitsa served as the Manager of Compliance Risk Assessments Policy and Ethics from April 2022 to October 2022. Before that, they were a Senior Risk and Payments Governance Analyst from April 2019 to April 2022, and a Risk Projects Specialist from September 2017 to April 2019.

Denitsa's earlier work experience includes roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, DSK BANK, ICAP Group, and Postbank, Eurobank EFG Group. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, they worked as a Project Support Specialist from January 2015 to September 2017, and a Reporting and Analyzing Specialist from August 2012 to January 2015. At DSK BANK, they served as a Senior Expert in the Problem Loans department from June 2009 to June 2012, where they were involved in managing problem loans, analyzing the loan portfolio, and preparing internal regulations. Denitsa briefly worked as a Collection Expert at ICAP Group in April 2009 and as a Credit Control Expert at Postbank, Eurobank EFG Group from June 2008 to December 2008.

Denitsa Trendafilova obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the International Business School (IBS) - Bulgaria, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Denitsa then pursued a Master's degree in International Business at the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics, attending from 2009 to 2010. Later, from 2013 to 2014, Denitsa pursued another Master's degree, this time in Accountancy and Audit, at the New Bulgarian University. In September 2018, they obtained a certification in Project Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management.
