Gautam S. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Gautam started their career at IBM in 2010 as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided troubleshooting support for network and hardware issues. Gautam then joined Accenture as an Information Technology Associate, handling IT service desk operations and incident management for Hilton Worldwide.

After their role at Accenture, Gautam moved to Zomato, where they held multiple positions. As an Information Technology Operations Specialist, they were responsible for setting up, maintaining, and upgrading the network infrastructure for Zomato offices in India and Australia. Later, as an Enterprise IT Operations Manager, they managed the end-to-end operations and IT infrastructure, implementing data security measures and migrating virtual instances to AWS Cloud.

In 2022, Gautam joined Nykaa as a Senior Manager IT Security. In this role, they led a team managing identity and access management, network security, and server security.
