Iliya Ivanov has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Iliya started their career in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative at bwin.party Digital Entertainment. In 2016, they joined Europe Elects as a Data Analyst. Iliya then moved on to Entain in 2016 and held various positions such as Customer Service Representative, Assistant Team Leader, and Shift Leader. In 2021, Iliya joined Tide as a Team Lead, and later as an Escalations Team Lead in 2022.
Iliya Ivanov began their education journey in 2013 at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, where they earned an HBO-Propedeuse degree in International Business Administration Studies in 2015. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business & Management at Varna University of Management from 2015 to 2018. In 2015, concurrently with their studies at Varna University of Management, Iliya also pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business Administration at Cardiff Metropolitan University, which they completed in 2017. After gaining some work experience, Iliya went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, Iliya obtained a certification in "Communicating with Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn in August 2021.
