Iliyan Tonev

Iliyan Tonev's work experience includes various roles in different companies.

From September 2018 to November 2019, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Pro Code Developers Ltd.

From November 2019 to October 2020, they worked as a Technical Support Representative at Sutherland, where they specialized in providing technical support for Google Business accounts and resolving complex customer queries.

Since October 2020, they have been working at Tide, starting as an MSA before transitioning to the role of Business Services Specialist. In January 2022, they were promoted to Senior Business & Financial Services Associate, and in January 2023, they became the Business Services Team Lead.

Iliyan Tonev completed their Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from VUZF University, starting in 2010 and finishing in 2016. In addition, they obtained various certifications in Customer Service, Employee Motivation, Personnel/Human Resources, Introduction to Project Management with PRINCE2, Manager Management, Team Performance Management, and The Essential Guide for Effective Managers from different institutions such as Me Learning Ltd, Integrity Training, NASBA, Udemy, and Crisp Professional Development in December 2021.
