Kristina Dimitrova

Kristina Dimitrova has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a KYC Analyst at Tide since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a KYC Agent at Crypto.com from January 2022 to July 2022, where they identified customers' financial behavior, detected money laundering behaviors, and performed EDD and PEP&Sanctions screenings.

Before their role at Crypto.com, Kristina was a Client Services Specialist at Pontica Solutions from April 2021 to October 2021, where they provided customer service, worked with sensitive documentation, and ensured clients received the highest level of service.

In 2019, Kristina held multiple positions as an Intern at Hotel Galvez & Spa, A Wyndham Grand Hotel. Kristina worked in F&B, taking on roles such as host, server, bartender, and banquets manager. Kristina also had a role as an International Executive Researcher at JordanSheppard, where they searched for potential candidates for executive positions and worked on multiple projects simultaneously.

Additionally, Kristina worked as a Sierra Cafe Server at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino in 2018.

Kristina Dimitrova pursued their education in the field of tourism and travel services management. From 2014 to 2019, they attended St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo, where they earned a degree in Tourism. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2014, they studied at the High school for Hotel Management and Tourism, specializing in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management.
