Monika Gencheva

Monika Gencheva has a range of work experience in the field of HR and communications. Monika started their career as an HR Trainee at ICAP Bulgaria in September 2018 and worked there until January 2019. After that, they joined Tide in August 2019, where they held various roles including HR & Recruitment Generalist, People Specialist, and Senior People Ops Specialist. Monika worked at Tide until January 2022. Monika then worked as a Communications Intern at the European Commission Representation in Bulgaria from August 2020 to September 2020. Finally, they returned to Tide in July 2022 as a People Operations Manager.

From 2021 to 2022, Monika attended Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management.

Between 2017 and 2021, Monika also studied at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in European Studies.

Prior to that, from 2012 to 2017, Monika attended the Foreign Language School "Ekzarh Yossif I" in Lovech. Although the degree name is not specified, their field of study included Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics.
