Ragha Chaitanya

Ragha Chaitanya has a diverse work experience. They started their career as a Senior Systems Executive at Cognizant in 2012 and worked there until 2015. In 2016, they joined HSBC as a Software Engineer and served until 2017. After that, Ragha Chaitanya worked at Virtusa as a Senior Business Consultant from 2017 to 2019. They then joined Deloitte as a Lead Solution Advisor in 2019 and worked there until 2020. At Deloitte, Ragha Chaitanya focused on data consultancy for a major US banking client and contributed to gig economy initiatives during the pandemic. In 2020, Ragha Chaitanya returned to HSBC as an Assistant Vice President, where they worked on building analytical products and services for risk and compliance analytics. They also contributed to the non-financial products value-chain roadmap and played a crucial role in governance and control management practices. Currently, Ragha Chaitanya is working as a Senior Product Manager at Tide, starting in 2023.

Ragha Chaitanya completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from MVSR Engineering College. This education took place from 2008 to 2012. Later, Ragha pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics (PG-CBA) from the Indian School of Business, attended from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, Ragha obtained several certifications, including Fintech 101 from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford (in January 2023), Design Thinking from Stanford University Graduate School of Business (in November 2021), Certificate in Business Analytics - CBA from the Indian School of Business (in December 2018), and Certificate in Business Analysis - CBA from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT (in November 2018).
